Proses Konseling melalui Model Verbatim: Analisis Reflektif dalam Perspektif Konseling Pastoral (Studi Kasus Konseling Individual)

Abstract

This study analyzes the counseling process using the verbatim model as a reflective and evaluative tool in pastoral counseling. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design involving one client in individual counseling. Data were collected through verbatim records and observation. The analysis focuses on the client’s verbal responses, counselor skills, and relational dynamics. The findings show that the verbatim model effectively reveals the counseling process, identifies strengths and limitations, and enriches theological reflection. Thus, the verbatim model functions not only as an evaluative instrument but also as a means of professional and spiritual formation..
